IMDA Ministries; Be Like Disney and Help Others Dreams Come True

IMDA Ministries is Inspiration, Motivation, Dedication, Aspiration. Which came from a period in time where the founder, Kamau Christopher was finding his place in ministry.  He evaluated the qualities of people around him each day and ultimately came up with the ministries' name. Our mission is to inspire and motivate all people to be dedicated to aspire their wildest dreams, while still loving God. 

At the time of start there were three members of the organization. At this moment in our reboot stage there is no one really a member. IMDA is technically and legally able to be a full church, but wanting to leave the four walls out of the mix. Membership is open, once we start back up in entirety. Being based in Houston we expect a large turn in our endeavors. 

The streets in which we use to reference is one literally the streets, and social media to reach those whom we can't connect or reach in person. We imagine and have hope & faith to do prayer walks, street missions such as feeding the homeless in southeast Houston then expanding all over Houston. Later we hope to become a lead of the country. 

When do we minister is a tough question lol. We minister literally 24/7. An inspirational or motivational post on instagram may get someone's attention and minister to them. As for as physical ministry, our plans are at the start once a month on a saturday morning and afternoon to do a prayer brunch and connect with people on the street. 

Helping God's people can be done in some many ways. We want to not just focus on the norm in church. Which is blessing, blessing, blessing, and really get to know people's dreams. We imagine monthly vision board parties and working to make those dreams come true step by step. Of course we can not do any of that with foundation. That foundation for us is teaching the gospel. 

501(c)(3) status is non-profit status and tax exemption. It enables us to except donations in the organizations name. It ensures that the money is only used for what it was asked of.

We are working to see what specific heads of the industries would work with us. Then we will be able to release that information. With platforms such as social media, media, and others it isn't hard to be heard. Then once we get those people on board, we can start connecting our members to more experienced networkers.
